Swift ace aristrocrat 4 berth fixed bed touring caravan first registered with cris in 2008. The caravan is a true 4 berth but could sleep 5 easy as the front double is huge and could sleep 3 easy. Caravan has been cris checked and is hpi clear and all revelant paperwork, cris log book, booklets and manuels are all present still in the original ace folder. The caravan has just had a full major service covering every aspect of the caravan so you know its safe and ready to go with the confidence there is no damp or any single defect present (full copy of service included with the sale). Layout is as follows. To the front the daytime lounge capable of seating 4 - 6 people. There is a free standing table included for the front lounge where 4 people could dine in comfort. By night this can be turned into a large double bed, capable of sleeping 2 - 3 people. These are long day beds and are often used as 2 singles. To the rear is a good sized fixed end bedroom which can be closed off with the aid of a sliding door for nightime privacy. Central is the fully equipped kitchen which has hot and cold water to the sink, a 4 burner hob, grill, full size oven and a full size 3 way fridge. There is a traumatic gas and electric powered heater located centrally which is thermostatically controlled and has the benefit of blown air heating and brilliant if you are an all year round caravanner or one that uses it for the christmas / new year break as it can be used even in the coldest of conditions. The modern style truma hot water tank can be heated off both gas and electric. To the rear corner is a decent sized bathroom. It is fully equipped with shower, cassette toilet and hot and cold water to the sink. There are plenty of overhead lockers, cupboards, drawers, storage units and under bed storage to store all your holiday gear in. All windows have blinds and flyscreens and there is also a door flynet fitted. There are also curtains to all windows should you prefer to use them. There are more than ample 12v spots lights, ceiling lights and 240v lights throughout the caravan. There is a large heki rooflight fitted in the lounge area.
