Lovely Derby House - Great Double Bedroom available in Derby, Derbyshire for sale

Hi, I have a double bedroom available in a nice furnished property in Leicester Street in Derby. The house has a large lounge with a generous separate dining and kitchen area. Broadband is available and connected. The street is quiet being a cul-de-sac, and there is plenty of on-street parking, as well as a corner shop around the corner and a Sainsbury's Local 5 mins away. To walk to Derby centre is 20mins, and the house is close to Kingsway & Royal Derby Hospitals, as well as the ring road for access to Rolls-Royce (15 mins drive). The room available is the largest double bedroom at the front of the house with built in wardrobes and desk + chair. This is £300pcm. All-in-all I am looking for a balanced set of flatmates who are going to get on well. Working professionals are preferred. I'm Irish and fairly easy going, but do like to keep things tidy where I can.
