The house has been repainted this summer, wireless internet is included, no deposit, no guarantor, the rental agreement will be done directly with the landlord, bills not included, central heated, all mod cons including, washing machine, well kept garden, large clean bathroom, led Tv, etc, off road parking at the front of the house. The internet bill is included in the rent. The rest of the bills will not be more than 10-12 pounds pw. The area is very quiet, 10 minutes walking to city center 3 minutes to the nearest Sainsburyes and 5 min to non-stop off license shops. The room is available from 1’st of October and the minimum stay would be till the end of June. We are both students (ages 36 and 20 non-British students) at Derby uni and have both jobs.
