It is also is a good location for anyone working for Rolls Royce/ Bombardier, and close to Pride park. Property is available to non smoking (No outside smokers), single professionals only. Please note this is a very clean tidy house so I am looking for very clean, tidy and considerate individuals, who are happy to do their share, and equally respectful of others. The house is double glazed, central heating and has outdoor space. There is a huge Sainsbury's near by and local shops.
