Problem with your Apple Mac Computer? Or need help? in Derby, Derbyshire

Hi there, My name is Ollie and I am 16 years old. Typical of my generation, I have been using Apple Mac computers for most of my life. For this reason they don't phase me when they go wrong, simply because I understand them. I sometimes see my parents and my grand parents becoming frustrated when their computers don't do what they expected them to do, or there is a program that they just can't figure out. So that is why I am posting this ad. I have decided to offer a service that bridges this generational gap by allowing you to email me your computer related problems (see my email in the picture) so I can email back a solution and get you back on track within 24 hours. Also if you prefer (and live in the Corsham area) I can make a visit to demonstrate how to overcome the problems you are having with your computer, but please contact me through my email in the first instance and explain the problem. Once I have got you and your computer back on speaking terms, you will have an opportunity to offer feedback on my service and if you felt it all went well maybe make a donation to cover some of my time.... a kind on line 'honesty box' I suppose.
