The apartment has a fitted kitchen with a gas hob and electric oven. There is plumbing for a washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with a shower. Gas central heating is provided by a Combi (heat & hot water on demand) boiler, which combined with a very well insulted apartment results in low heating costs. The apartment is unfurnished. Bills and council tax are not included. The property is in council tax band A. The apartment is available now. A guarantor is required. The guarantor (normally a family member or close friend) must own property, be in employment (Earning at least £15,000 PA) or have savings (of at least £5,000) and pass a credit check.
